The care is horrible: they left my fragile 82 year mother sit in the lobby for over 3 hours, knowing she probably has. C-diff . C-diff is highly contagious and she should of been in isolation . So anyone who was in the lobby tonight, sorry for you exposure due to C-diff. (She was recently treated for C-diff and the staff knew she was contagious ). I highly doubt the administration cares or will follow up on this concern.
I was at the ER here after an accident at work and I recieved the BEST care from the staff here. They were professional and caring. I want to thank the nurses and doctors on the night shift for taking such good care of me. I had a hand injury from a work accident and even the specialist I saw the next day was impressed with the work they had on my hand.
Dr. El-Nashar, Anesthesia, nurses, everyone were outstanding. They went above and beyond to meet my needs!!!!!
Pretty sad that I have to even get the same one star started with waiting in the waiting room for two hours coming back seen a doctor in back in the emergency room for six hours as for pain I was in several times for my girlfriend's chest pains they forgot even hook up part monitors to her until after seven hours into us being here haven't seen a doctor in two hours nowThe restrooms are broke the vending machines are broke in the heart monitors or even broke his place is a complete shit whole tear this joint down
I've had great experiences with the birthing center and outpatient surgery. But what the ER did to my brother a month ago is absolutely appalling. Treated him like a drug seeking junkie when he had an actual problem. He is currently sitting in the hospital with severe gallstones and a swollen gall bladder. If they won't treat people that have actual emergencies, then why bother keeping that department open???
