I had to take my 3 year old in for a hand X-ray, and the staff, and NP Megan Perilloux, were so incredibly kind, and made my little girl feel so at ease. This was possibly the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had with any of my children. It was my first time at this location, and I’d absolutely come here again!

Do not come here!!! the so called “receptionists” has a nasty attitude doesn’t even greet the patients with kindness or care. I called my primary physician to make sure if it was ok if i didn’t bring my medicare card, which she said was fine, since everything is in the system. once i arrived i told this so called receptionist what my primary care physician told me and she made it clear with a nasty attitude that its required to ask. however i did not mind her asking for the proper documentation that she needed but she could ... read more
Just amazing care for my mother in law Angie Gainey on 12/27/25. The NP was on it, the nurses were so attentive, compassionate. As an RN who used to work in the ER, I know bad, good, and great care…they were great!
So first experience. Over the phone I ask if they were busy after verifying they take my insurance. Answer is we don't give wait times over the phone. 1st I didn't ask for a wait time. I asked if yall busy! 2nd, I went because my 3 year old really sick and they nearest and the customer service of receptionist is not welcoming nor pleasant. Very few words spoken. 3, I had to fill out a 5 minute sheet of paper when they already had current info.
