first their record keeping is way way less than it should be. My daughter a grown adult went over asking for some of our dogs records not knowing I had called earlier, Dr. Mark became upset came out of exam room yelling at her and threw her out of a crowded waiting room. I had been waiting for paper work since May this was in beginning of Oct.kept telling us they didn't have time to look it up. I was done long before that

Our cat, Beaner, couldn’t urinate. My wife read online that a cat that can’t pee, will die. Well, that raised our eyebrows and we contacted the team at NOVV. Dr. Mark Herne was at the hospital within the hour and a hour after that my wife received a call from Mark stating that all is well and his urethra blockage was removed. Beaner will be fine after a two night stay. Great service, awesome personable staff and they genuinely care. That cannot be faked! Thanks
Dr. Mark and his staff are amazing!! You never have to wait to get an appointment and everyone is SO FRIENDLY! Took our new puppy in today and everyone loved him!! I would NEVER go anywhere else!!
I just wanted to rave about Dr. Mark for a second. I had some fear after our last vet visit and called back- less than 15 mins later I was in the office with my dog. It was fantastic! Not only that but he was outside cutting the grass (after hours)! I was just blown away by the care we receive every time we go in :)

Dr mark is wonderful! They make getting an appointment that works with your schedule easy even if sometimes it’s last minute. Love that they don’t try to nickel and dime you like some other places. Very satisfied with this vet!
Dr. Mark Herne came to our home to euthanize our beloved dog of 16 years. He was respectful, thoughtful and handled everything with such care and tenderness. We cannot thank him enough for helping us free our girl of her suffering. That was the most important part to us that Powder be relaxed and calm. If anyone has no choice but to humanely euthanize their animal call Dr. Herne because in home euthanasia is by far better. Less stress and trauma for the animal and for the family. Dr. Mark and his staff are wonderful. They care for your pet's well being and are sincere about the best approach to care. They always get us in quick, and don't try to sell you on a bunch of extra stuff you don't need. The office is very clean and always decorated with the seasons. Dr. Mark is a professional, experienced, and honest veterinarian that cares.
