My current vet called for my dogs records, got hung up on and never received a call back even after calling 2 more times. I called and asked for my dogs records from 2017, by voicemail. Didn't even get a call back- got a text from the doctor informing me that they had no records for my dog since 2017 (which is what I needed), everything is overdue and a note that said "blocked" at the end. Dr. Mark at North Oakland visiting vet has been an amazing pet "dog"-tor taking care of my pets since we had our yellow lab, Brandy PTS in the comfort of her very own backyard over 10 years ago. Since that time, we have always trusted and recommended Dr. Mark's judgement and knowledge as a growing pet family. Mark has helped us beyond words and I would not and could not trust anyone else like I do Mark to handle such emotional and important times in mine and my pets lives. This vet is the worst in Oakland County. Avoid this place at all costs. The vet is very unprofessional and a awful way to represent the township of Waterford. I would invest money, time and effort to a different establishment.
Mark and his team did wonderful with my husky Ashe! He was patient (with me) and did everything he could to get my baby safely home with me. Thank you! Truly! Will now be bringing all my babies to him!

Does not keep records which is so important to your pet’s health. Is unprofessional and unethical.
