I have used other caregiver companies in the past, but this company far exceeds any other company I have used! Great personalized care, attention to detail, and a true concern for the patient's individual needs. Compassionate, caring, yet very professional! Jason could not have been more accommodating, as was my caregiver.
The office seems to have too many caregivers that they don’t actually know. My grandparents did not have reliable caregivers as they often sent new caregivers out. It doesn’t seem as if the caregivers are carefully screened for professionalism and experience.
After having a bad experience using another home care company, we decided to give NOC a try. Local, great reviews. My 92yo mom is in independent living and needed private duty 24/7 due to a medical condition. It’s been about a month and they have exceeded our expectations. Quality, reliable help for my Mom. They always return calls and have been friendly and professional working with us. I would recommend them.
Among the variety of duration of care NOC is able to provide, I required assistance after returning home from surgery. NOC was able to supply quality caregivers I needed at a very reasonable cost. While there was variation among caregivers, the majority exceeded my expectations including several who's care was extraordinary. Should I require such services in the future, I will use NOC again.
