One of the worst builders. I purchased one of the condo that they called penthouse With the highest price. Last year, water was leaking from the roof, and it took more than a month to repair. The same type of issue happened again this year. This has now become recurring problem. This time took a month. It happened for second time on June 8 th and was waiting for their action. One of the worst builders. I purchased one of the condo that they called penthouse With the highest price. Last year, it was leaking from the roof to my living room and it took approximately one month for them to fix it. Every year this issue is happening and warranty, builder, property management are not able to fix it. It happened for second time on June 8 th and still waiting for their action.
