One of the worst builders. I purchased one of the condo that they called penthouse With the highest price. Last year, it was leaking from the roof to my living room and it took approximately one month for them to fix it. Every year this issue is happening and warranty, builder, property management are not able to fix it. It happened for second time on June 8 th and still waiting for their action.
