I had a bad experience trying to buy a trailer at a dealership out here. So after calling North 9 and seeing something I was interested in I reached out and I spoke with Brad and right away the customer service was excellent and he was very informative. I drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back the next day for my trailer and the experience just got better when I got there.
