I set up an appointment with North Myrtle Beach Dentistry on 11/16/20. I gave the receptionist my insurance information over the phone. She was not certain if they took it, but said she would call if there was a problem. She never called, so I assumed everything was OK. I filled out a lengthy new-patient form, went into the appointment, showed them my card, and they said they didn't take it. I cancelled my appointment. My tooth is still giving me pain.
