Water gets turned off at least 1 time a week. Used bottle water to shower before work plenty of times because they did not let me know in advance. Today had a day off so I decided to open the window to clean my 9 year olds room and enjoy the nice weather. Maintenance man came by my window with a blower blowing the dirt. The yard used to be grass before they decided to dig it up for no reason. So he blows the dirt right into the window. I want to give a huge shout out to Misty and her New management at North mountain Foothills apartments. She responded within 3 minutes to a recent problem in my apartment and she and her team handled it to perfection. They do exactly what they say and on time which is such a wonderful feeling! Drywall ,paint, filter even the laundry laundry room is open now and open when it's supposed to be and it's clean and working. My girlfriend and I thank you so much. I have allowed this to live rent-free in my head for a few days and I want everyone how disrespected I felt to know my property manager Misty feel like this and I want everyone to know what happened we were scheduled three different times for an inspection and the inspection was incomplete to me they didn't ask if we had any leaks or just any problems for them to just change a filter that was it and we was canceled every time only to hear that there were an emergency came up or we don't have maintenance we have accommodated ... read more
Misty and Juan are absolutely the best team I've ever encountered at any apartment complex. Not only are they willing to work with you but they actually care about the situation you're in and try their best to make it work. I'm very happy with their service and help and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you Misty and Juan for all your help
Well I'm in the application process just waiting on the background check, can't wait to move in to these remodeled apartments. 🤞🫰crossing fingers and toes. So far the office staff, Christina ( hope i got that right) was super friendly, she made us feel comfortable and even though she stated she was new, she did awesome on the tours, even though the doors and keys didn't want to cooperate.
