If you would like pain management with as little medication and "high" as possible, stay away from this place. They will not come off of making you take extended release. Companies can claim extended release all they want, but 12 hours is not truly possible. One of the docs admitted to me that, "we are seeing an uptick in accidents, etc, with extended relief." I was extremely disappointed when I went here in search of a solution for chronic pain. I have lupus vascular necrosis and a herniated disc in my lower back. I’ve tried injections and tons of other medication and nothing has been successful so I decided to try this clinic. Everything went well in the beginning but once I got to the back things took a turn. I was basically treated like a drug addict!!!!
