I went in for an outpatient lithotripsy and they're great. Super friendly and professional. The procedure was successful and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

I'm truly thankful for the amazing staff at West Point Hospital. Especially for my mom's nurse Ashley in Outpatient. Excellent service in West Point.Baptist Memorial Hospital sucks.I hope everyone starts going to other hospitals and puts Baptist in Columbus out of business.Go to West Point Tupelo any where but Baptist.
