I came here because I had found my brother dead, and it was bad. Not only did I not get any help at all. It seems they did not care at all how upset I was. It felt like they were laughing at my pain and suffering more than anything else. We need anew second hospital here in Tupelo because the level of care here is worse than zero. Update::: I did as the owner post back asked me to do. I did their patient feedback in my real name, never heard anything from them. They only post this to look good and not because they care.

This has been the most frustrating hospital experience I have ever had. I understand that many people come here out of necessity, but the level of unprofessionalism we encountered is unacceptable. Go to a different hospital at all costs. My husband called multiple times to ask a simple question regarding his surgery aftercare. Three separate times, the call was disconnected.
