The whole experience was so good and the whole experience felt like it was a real thing and it made me feel better about it
After we agreed upon the cost they sent my another big bill.
The location was clean and nice with personnel friendly and professional BUT pricing for simple x-rays was egregious at roughly 10x what I’d have expected. I could have paid less out of pocket for the entire thing elsewhere than it cost paying my portion of what insurance didn’t cover. No thanks! Will not be using them again.
The Radiology technician was great. The technicians in CT were outstanding and concerned about my condition and comfort
I appreciate the care that was given from the start of registration to the completion of my procedure. All of the employees I met were pleasant willingly answered my questions they were very attentive. The process was very quick and I felt comfortable. I was nervous about the in - out surgery. The nurses were really nice and it made me feel relaxed. I would recommend Northside hospital to others.
