Walked in on a Saturday at 7:35 PM with a kid with a simple ear infection. It was dead, not a car in the parking lot. They closed at 8PM but claimed they were “full” for the evening. First time and last time visiting. Don’t even bother. The 3 staff members we saw were all sitting around laughing and didn’t seem to care they were rejecting a patient for urgent care services. It’s not an urgent care.
I had a Achilles Tendinitis. I visited on this urgent care facility Sunday. I was checked in immediately, I apologize for not knowing her name. My nurse is Amy, she is really sweet and nice. She wheeled me into an examination room and I was immediately examined by a physician. He is really thorough and I feel much better a few hours after taking the medication. Thank you so much
