Just wanted to note how sweet and caring a receptionist is here. Somebody had an injury, and their teenage child is really shaken up over it, and the receptionist came over to comfort them. Talked them down, was very reassuring and kind. Above and beyond.
First off there nurse is very rude I stepped out to have a smoke at the smoke area an she came an was being very rude about the cigarette which was very uncalled for I brought my son in sick an was told I couldn’t come back to the room because I had 3 extra children with me an they claim it was a small room(I’ve had care here before so I know the size of the rooms) an they sent the same rude nurse out to ask what test I want ran like I studied at medical school or something very unprofessional first off if I bring my child i... read more
I’ve been to this urgent care twice with sick kids. They were kind, speedy, and so helpful.
We have been there 2 times, summer 2024 and were welcomed and good great service. Our new urgent care spot! Clean facility and friendly staff.
Just want everyone to know that the treatment I received at North Memorial in Minnetonka was exceptional. Dr. Nerheim didn't scold me for using a table saw to sliced up my finger pretty good. He was efficient and caring. To my surprise he even called me to see how I was doing. Wait time was short. His partner nurse was wonderful also! They restored my faith in the medical field.
