I had to take my infant daughter in for a recurrent ear infection. The wait was less than 15 minutes on a Saturday. The staff were very friendly and compassionate. The facility itself was very clean and felt welcoming. We had to go back for follow up shots and they were able to get us in and out quickly. Highly recommend!
I should have just stepped into traffic. I think instant death is better than being handled through these type of services. Doc needs to chill
I took my 3 year old in with a fever. Dr never asked symptoms or timeline i had to tell her, unprompted. My son got swabbed for strep. Dr just came in after and gave him a freezer pop and basically told us to leave. I asked will someone be calling us as i don’t have my chart since we hadn’t been here before. She said yes in 30 minutes. It’s been 2.5 hours and i still have no results after calling multiple times.
The wait time was super speedy, which now looking back is the reason why no one goes there. I had a prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy and when I told the nurse of my concerns that it was sent to the incorrect pharmacy, she assured me it was sent to the correct pharmacy. She said that the text I got from the other pharmacy was probably fraud and that she sent it to the correct one. Fast forward, it was sent to the incorrect pharmacy.
