If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever. I came in today at 7:51 PM with my 1-year-old baby because she was having trouble breathing and needed emergency care. The woman at the front desk told me, “Oh, I can’t take her. We stopped taking people at 7:45 and we already reached the maximum number of patients for today.” I was shocked by the lack of humanity and compassion. I always get in quickly and have great experiences with the doctors and nurses.
I've gone several times for urgent care, the nurses are rude and seem like they want to get it over with quick. The doctors for urgent care also seem to be in a rush. I have never gotten good service and yet its the closest urgent care to me.
Well I would like to say it was a good visit unfortunately for me I will get billed but won't get better because you never sent my medication to the pharmacy so much for health care
