I’ve had a terrible experience here once again. They say they take my insurance, but it’s not covered at all. I ended up paying $400 just to be seen for two minutes with no resolution. The front desk is awful. Cold, unwelcoming, and full of attitude. This is my second time coming here, and the same girl at the front was extremely rude both times.

When I arrived, I went to the first desk and asked if I could be seen. The woman looked up my information and confirmed I had an account.
