Like many others, I wish I could give 0 stars. This urgent care is a liability. Our family has experienced 4 unrelated visits over the course of 6 months and each one had problems. We’ve experienced misdiagnosis (my son was diagnosed with an amoxicillin allergy that pediatrician later confirmed was wrong), lack of concern for serious symptoms that later landed my 1yr old son at Children’s hospital, incorrect prescription instructions (was told to take meds on empty stomach and meds/pharmacist clearly stated to take with food... read more
Showed up 30 min before closing my daughter was having increased heart rate. Denied any such help I will be looking into this asap. Trash place.
They took an xray, told us to go to Blaine Orthopedics and couldn’t send the xray over. Now we need to get another xray here. Bunch of scammers.
The front desk lady's were lovely and so was our nurse but, the doctor was pushing and pushing and ignoring requests all my mother wanted was 5 minutes to rest her head down and let the meds start to work but he rushed us out very rude doctor.
