I've gone to this clinic for over 20 years, and since becoming North Memorial, the doctors are consistently overbooked! I had an appointment with a PA for a med increase(desperately needed), The appointment was at 11:45, arrived 10 minutes early, paid my co-pay, and was called into the doctor's office promptly. After the nurse left, I was sitting in that room for approx. 15 minutes when the nurse came back in to say the PA is running a little bit behind. Went to urgent care 10 days ago and they refused antibiotics for an infection. It's now way worse and they are forcing me to come back in because they are refusing to just give me the antibiotics I should have had in the first place. There stupid "Drs" solution was steroids that did nothing to help. I called today they refused abtibiotics unless I came in, and then had the balls to hang up on me.
