I really appreciate how friendly and professional all the staff are at North Memorial ASC! I have had surgery there a few times and the care is the BEST!
From the time I checked to the time I left the people I worked with were outstanding. Everyone was wanting to help you in any way they could and let you know what was next. Being under the knife and still having a good time says something about the people who work there!!
Very friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable at all times Dr.Connor was so great and even came in and apologized for being behind.
Very friendly staff. 1st time I was awake during surgery and they made me feel so comfortable. Five stars!!
Not a place for pediatric surgery. Staff is VERY nice but it's not "Childrens". My 6 year old son had to walk himself to the operating room for his tonsillectomy and they held him down while putting him under. He also was sick less than an hour before they threw us out. We ended up at Childrens the next day because he was still getting sick.
