They got me in last minute yesterday right as they were closing. My shitzu had a horrible allergy to food and sores on her belly that were terrible! Dr. Brent Crutchfield took her time, examined and ran test and with the medicine she prescribed, Suki is 85% better!!!.Thank you!!!!
The amazing service that we received from the entire staff at North Mecklenburg Animal Hospital was highly professional, caring and personalized to our needs. I've visited many vets in several states with various species of animals that I've had as pets. Dr. Schaaf stands out as the most knowledgeable and caring vet I've known. He is patient, thorough, gentle, and extremely insightful. Even when I take several pets in at once, he takes his time with each one as an individual, and listens thoughtfully to all details. 100% misdiagnosed my dog. Told me he was going to die from heart failure. Got a second opinion and they said he was fine, perfect actually. Now North Meck won't take responsibility for their part in this. They won't even refund me the money for the worthless appointment at their office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL.
