This is a clinic that mostly serves people who are underserved/receive medi-cal, so I don’t expect desk staff to go above and beyond my any means. All desk reception and nursing staff I have interacted with have been fine. There is one doctor in particular that has made me never want to make an appointment with this clinic again. I will not name her but I will say that she was extremely rude and condescending to me when I asked her multiple questions about how I should be taking my medication… it’s like yeah, you’re a doctor... read more
Make sure you have them run your insurance Before you make an appointment because this clinic likes to waste people's times
They took good care of me and addressed my health issues quickly
The receptionist are rude and the Dr changes your prescription to a higher dose with out discussing it with the patient the receptionist won't let you talk to the doctor or give message they tell for the wellness of the patient you have to come in and see the doctor for refills but if you have a job and can't get time off reception tells if you don't see the doctor you won't get your refills on your prescription how is that for the wellness of the patient. they give lousy service first time I went there the np wouldnt even t... read more
Very bad place to be, left my parents out today. Appt. is at 1pm and no has not check on them. They have been waiting for 45 mins, I don't recommend this place for any Hmong people. They are taking advantage of elder Hmong since they don't voice it out. This needed to stop, this needed to be report to the state. On top of it, their phone doesn't work either. It only lead to voice mail, I am not sure if that is professional. I hope the state will investigate this type of behavior that their clinic is having.
