Was just told I have to pay half up front to order my glasses. My insurance pays 100% on my glasses I tried to tell the lady that on phone but she wasnt interested in listening to me. I will find another place to get my eye exams and glasses.
This place is awesome. The doctor is great and the ladies are very helpful. I have been going here for years and everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. Instead of getting a run around from other places I strongly recommend going here first
Love the ladies out front! Always helpful and polite. Been coming here for years, and I always get great service. I feel like they truly care about my eye health, and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Reordering contacts is so easy, and they literally will go out of their way to make everything more convenient for you. Definitely would recommend!
This place is beyond 5 stars. Been going here since I was really young and now my children go here also. If I need to be seen ASAP they make sure they fit me or my children in! Staff and doctor was well are the best and work well with children also. Even though I live in Fairmont now and have to drive a little while to get there the drive is well worth it.
