This is by far the worst sunrise clinic I’ve been too. Whomever staffed this facility needs to reevaluate their hiring process with their front desk staff and their MA’s. Took my newborn for her first appointment late March. I tried to call and let them know I was going to be a couple of minutes late. Horrible! They The address is hard to find and then you call them to let them know you’re running late. No one picks up then they have a bunch of construction going on upfront no signs of rerouting you and then all the doors are locked. They have about 5 doors only one has access. All that to be 10 min late and them to have to reschedule The atmosphere in the place is funky. Definitely will go back to the original one

Front desk staff Desiree is incompetent, rude and unfortunately untrustworthy. Arrived at my appointment 5 minutes late to be told I had to wait to be checked in because the woman that checks in dental appointments was in the bathroom. I proceed to wait over 10 minutes for her to get out do the bathroom and her tell me I had to reschedule my appointment because she spent too much time in the barbering. Front desk staff are only trained to check in one side each meaning one person checks in medical and one checks in dental. W... read more
I called in Monday to inform my Dr for my prescription refill and went to my appointment on Thursday and she informed me she never received the message so I have been without pain medication since Wednesday it has been quite frustrating because it's happened several times in the past I discussed with my dr and we are trying a different method and will see if it works.
