I called in Monday to inform my Dr for my prescription refill and went to my appointment on Thursday and she informed me she never received the message so I have been without pain medication since Wednesday it has been quite frustrating because it's happened several times in the past I discussed with my dr and we are trying a different method and will see if it works.
Started great. Now its horrible.
It was my first time at this location. Compared to the 3rd street location and the one off of Taft Ave, this place was immaculate and very clean! The woman at the front desk was super sweet, and the nurse who took me back was also very kind. I've been seeing Dr. Traci Alvarado for my past few visits and she's my favorite so far. She's super friendly, personable, and down to earth. Fingers crossed she sticks around for awhile because it's nice when you vibe well with the person who oversees your health!
