Daryl came out a week ago yesterday to inspect the roof and provided pictures of all the repairs required. He explained everything well and we requested an estimate that night. Kudos as well to Tenisha the office manager who provided a quote quickly. It was within our budget so we agreed. Tenisha had us booked for Monday August 17th but promised that weather permitting she would try and get us sooner. She contacted us Thursday morning and said Daryl was on his way. I had my roof and eavestroughs replaced by North London Roofing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with. The roof and gutters look fantastic.
