I just want to say please renew the whole entire staff their customer service is absolutely the poorest or poor they don’t answer the phones then when they do answer they hang up in your face and not answer the entire day for weeks you have to come in to their poor attitudes you all just hire people to just sit and say they have a job which is terrible people really have important stuff to take care of At timely manners but no they have poor assistance no phone or in person etiquette which is sad you have to try every phone ... read more
I can never tell if people are trying their best in Arkansas, if they are stonewalling or just telling lies. They do the most outrageous things and act as if it is normal.
It’s been 2 years and they keep telling me I’m in the waiting list but before the apartments were open they told me I was one of the first to move in
They advertise the Apartment when it was recently built. Over 10 years. It's not what they advertise.
They never answered the phone they have all these new buildings they are building there should be no reason anyone should be waiting this long instead of giving those homes to ones who are waiting there moving people from other housing homes into the new ones which is completely not right if someone already has a home those new homes should go to the ones waiting...been waiting almost 4 months in this situation because I was shot in April due to my best friend bf going crazy and couldn't work lost everything and now I'm home... read more
