Derrikka was very accommodating and provided great customer service. No waiting! Being able to get a duplicate birth certificate here is the best kept secret!
Waited over an hour just for them to have marked me as called though I was not. Then I couldn’t get my baby’s special formula because the nutritionist was gone. I don’t have the luxury of taking time off work for this every time.
