Waited over an hour just for them to have marked me as called though I was not. Then I couldn’t get my baby’s special formula because the nutritionist was gone. I don’t have the luxury of taking time off work for this every time.

I had a friend who went to get a birth certificate and was given a copy and when he called them out on their mistake they refused to refund his money tried to send him to lr health dept and then charged him again for a corrected copy
