WORST power company I have ever dealt with. Very little communication, and when I needed to switch the account to my name after my father died (we both were living in the house), they acted like they’d never dealt with that before and I had to pay to start new service at the same address.
Fast easy self appreciate
Called repeatedly for the last 2 or 3 years to get a home audit and told by customer service someone would call us back and then "i dont know why nobody called you back". I just called for the first time this year to try again and was told we have never called. There are no notes on the account. There for 10 years. I guess they are too busy fixing the many power outages.
I just recently moved and needed to begin service at the new house. I was told by the nlr rep that I had 21 days to make my 1st payment before power would be turned off for delinquency. My service began on June 29th and it was shut off on July 16th. Even looking at weekend days, thats only 18 days, not the 21 I was told. I never received any notification. I never got a phone call. Quite possibly the worst electric company in the Mid South. If you’re approved for an extension and set up payment you will still receive a disconnect notification.
