Customer support might as well not exist. They dont even know how their process works
Lights are starting to be disconnected without warning. Usually I can log into my account and see a disconnect notice online. Now nothing shows. Really hate this company. Then, there are no extensions or anything available if you’re having a hard time paying a bill. Also, a reconnect fee should not be charged when it’s an automatic system. I don’t understand that at all. All and all I’ll rather have Entergy than NLR Electric.
Poor careless customer service
I’ve always had great customer service via phone.
