I’ve always had great customer service via phone.
I have been using less and less power, they keep trying to get people to call them just so they can dehumanize us and laugh at us but I have been using less and less power and living in here what lanterns. The only time I ever turn the power on is when I shower, or short periods of time to cook. Other than that I have been living in darkness. Thousands of customers are disgruntled and this is not going to end well. I barely use any electricity, I have consistently an actively lowered my power consumption to the point where I'm living in darkness majority of my lighting coming from outside when the sun is out. Power company refuses to acknowledge that their meters and other things were damaged all across the state after multiple recent storms.
