Absolutely useless company. They know you can't go anywhere else so they don't worry about your service. Even in 110° weather they just let you go without because they don't care. What's a couple of weeks using cold showers to survive? Who cares? If it was winter, what's a few weeks having no heat and not showering at all? You're not sweating right? I moved to my house in August since I been here I been paying $25 I said that was idd so I called them. They said no ma’am that’s correct! Ok, fast forward to December 4, 2024(today) I get a notification from the app my bill ready to view. Why my bill was $642.11 so I called and they said it was because they started my bill cycle off at 0.kw instead of 1600. Who fault is that??? NLR ELECTRIC! How can yall go in and adjust somebody bill and make it higher than expected, then expect me to pay out of pocket for their mistakes! ... read more
They send you no notifications that you have anything due or about to get disconnected and Have hidden fees. Even paying your bill over the phone is a joke and they will Screw you over so you'll have to pay a extra five dollars. I Absolutely hate it!
Customer service is a nightmare to speak with, wasn’t able to get clear information about a billing issue before they would hang up after putting me on hold. So glad we are moving outside of this service area.
I don’t even want to go on the rant about them there just a horrible company
