I love it no complaints whatsoever
Every thing from the website, payment system(No matter in what type of payment), apps, automated system, customer service as a hole….. Would be decent if this was the year 2009. I’m sure even the meters that they use to claim usage and overcharge is outdated as well. The prepaid system issues. I know better than the people who get overcharged when they don’t use it because they have the unmitigated gol. Customer support might as well not exist. They dont even know how their process works
Lights are starting to be disconnected without warning. Usually I can log into my account and see a disconnect notice online. Now nothing shows. Really hate this company. Then, there are no extensions or anything available if you’re having a hard time paying a bill. Also, a reconnect fee should not be charged when it’s an automatic system. I don’t understand that at all. All and all I’ll rather have Entergy than NLR Electric.
