I just recently moved and needed to begin service at the new house. I was told by the nlr rep that I had 21 days to make my 1st payment before power would be turned off for delinquency. My service began on June 29th and it was shut off on July 16th. Even looking at weekend days, thats only 18 days, not the 21 I was told. I never received any notification. I never got a phone call.
