So unreal this place, I went to get a shot as I walked in no one around except the out to lunch yellow sign in front of the reception desk with no time frame or time they will be back. Then this lady appeared and sat down so I waited a minute or 5, then realized maybe the shot room might be on lunch too since the yellow sign didn’t say just the reception area was at lunch or the whole clinic including shot room, so I walked up and the minute I did she turned the chair around so I said “ma’am is the shot room also at lunch?” ... read more
Make 100% sure that you know what test you’re needing before trusting anybody here. Was referred here, made an appointment to get the appropriate testing I needed done only to PAY AND TAKE OFF WORK TO BE TOLD IM NOT GETTING ANY TESTING DONE TODAY AMD I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK FOR 3 OTHER SEPRATE APPOINTMENTS IN ORDER TO GET WHAT I NEEDED DONE. keep in mind I paid for a whole appt and WAS TOLD BY THE FRONT DESK WHAT TEST I WAS GOING TO BE GIVEN. Rude most unprofessional establishment ever! Tried 2 weeks to obtain an appt per Kaitlyn no manager available to speak with and she doesn't have to provide her last name however she should show better customer service as well as provide back up assistance to staff making appointments if establishment is backed up! Daily no return call and continued rudeness. I would never consider hiring her for any position nor would accept an appointment if staff called back after 2 weeks.
They suck. I will be finding another place to go. They don't call you to inform you on anything. They let you come all the way up there just to tell you, you can't get a shot today when all they had to do is pick up the phone and like hey you shots expired and we have to order more or you have to get a new referral to continue getting a shot. They don't send out reminders or nothing
Been getting allergy shots here for about 6 years their good folks here always done me right staff are friendly and nice doctors are very professional
