Be prepared to wait over 1.5 hours after your scheduled appointment to be even called seen. I bring different people here and it's always the same. No respect for people's time.
Must be a busier day here at the office, waited almost 45 minutes for my appointment. Been here in total for almost 2 hours and I’m still waiting. For starters, I’ve been a patient here since I was a toddler. I’ve seen both Dr Grady and Dr Kreshal. I don’t have any complaints about them, they’re both great! This is more about their staff. I’m sitting in my room waiting to be seen and can clearly hear them in the hall speaking of other patients and giggling and just being loud and obnoxious. I have been going to this clinic since 1988 and they're great for your health needs. John Grandgenett is one of the best! He's very helpful at any problem that you have! I recommend this clinic to everyone!
Had the pharmacy send over a fax for refills little over two weeks ago call today to pick them up and I have no refills call the doctor and get nothing but voicemails
