Every single time I come in for my asshole of an order latte, I'm always suprised at how good it is! I honestly avoid going anywhere else if I can help it. P.s. those chocolate iced donuts are the best donuts. No room for debate. ♡
Well it started off Rocky because they messed up our order however even though they messed up our order we decided the donuts were the best donuts we've ever tasted. Even though those donuts weren't the ones we ordered. LOL this is an awesome place and if you're in the neighborhood you should check it out. PS the coffee was as good as the donuts
Best doughnuts in town, A must visit if in Lexington!
Short version: your store forgot to hold a pre-order for doughnuts for a wedding. These were a special request for the bride. Your store FORGOT. Longer version: on July 3, I first contacted north lime via email regarding an order for a sept. 3 wedding. We contacted the store again a week ago to finalize the order: noting major, just a dozen total doughnuts: 3 chocolate, 3 funfetti, 3 cinnamon sugar, 3 plain. My friend Kevin tried very hard to honor his new wife's request for North Lime donuts on their wedding day. Sadly, North Lime forgot his order. My complaint is that no attempt was made to "make it right"! Such poor customer service and lack of concern for their mistake for such a special occasion.
So, so good! I ordered the glaze doughnut and had to order another one because I scarfed mine down! I also got a cold brew coffee, which was creamy and delicious! I will definitely be back.
Great Donuts And Coffee Staff was friendly and not to busy when we were there.
It was such a cute place! I worked for a couple of hours and the wifi was great along with the service.
My husband and I recently traveled to Lexington from Knoxville for a quick weekend getaway. We co-own a bakery in Knoxville, so we love to check out local bakeries and donut shops whenever we travel. Out of all the small shops we went to in Lexington, we enjoyed North Lime the most.
