Fast and friendly. I haven't been seen there since 2011, due to insurance switches, they still had me in their system. They updated my file, got me in and I had a procedure at Hawkeye Oral Surgery all in the same day! Fantastic!
They always get me in in a reasonable time. The wait is never long. They are not pushy by any means.
