Do not live here. To not get into too much detail 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD!! They will try to make you pay for stains and damages from previous tenants (please read below if you experienced this too) A) Apartment was so messy when I moved in I had to push back the move in date 2 weeks so they could actually clean it 2. Very noisy apartment. You can hear everything happening in other apartments.

Parking is very limited and competitive. Car wash doesn’t work properly for the 2 years here. Paying rent method is annoying. Management is not great. Can’t wait to leave. Notice all the good reviews are old? As in before the apartment complex was bought out.
5 floods in my apartment since I moved in, they come into your apartment unannounced and leave no notice they were there. absolutely no enjoyment living here, and the management doesn't care at all.

Luxury apartments but.not luxury people. More people loading trucks than unloading but hey come see for yourself. I’ve been here 12 years. 3stars
RecommendedWell maintained an the people working there are great! Martin who works there is one of the hardest workers I know! Does a great job with any problems👏🏼
