The staff was friendly, but the joint replacement rehab program was simplistic, non-customized, barely supervised, etc. They worked on 2 people at once and ignored me and my bodywork. 2 out of 4 appointments were cancelled the first two weeks, and I was offered only times that I could not accommodate. I was left on the table waiting for massage bodywork, but the provider left me lying there - never came to me. I spoke with my surgeon, who was displeased and referred me to another PT provider.
