This is a really nice dealership and I was very excited to start fresh with a new service group. The people who work here are very nice, but I had to bring my jeep (not purchased at this dealership) into the shop seven times total for one repair from the time of diagnosis to completion. After the work was completed, I was forced to bring it back three more times after that for them to repair it to fix little things that were not done correctly the first time they repaired it (loose bolts, broken parts,etc).
