I would avoid the service department at all cost. They are disorganized. They do not listen to customer concerns. The maybe 5x I have been here there has been an issue everytime. First time the oil change tech left in the middle of my oil change. So an express oil change became a hour long oil change. Second time was good no issues. 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L brought in for recalls. Same day all the sudden auto headlights and headlight delay when turn vehicle off stopped working. They scheduled me to bring it back in to see if the recalls affected it. I told them I had a service contract that it had to go to selling dealer for repairs so if they was going to charge a diagnostic let me know and I would take it to selling dealer. Purchased a Jeep Gladiator about two weeks ago from North Knox CDJR. James Brown, was our sales person and he was awesome! He took us on a test drive that included an off-road course right behind the dealership. James was helpful during and after our purchase answering questions and providing us with a nice gift. I truly feel like he is a friend I can count on in the future. The dealership is very very nice and the off-road course is a bonus!
