I highly recommend Dr. Bush if you can take the ride inconsiderate front desk staff (hygiene side). Left an appointment was told I'd get my treatment plan emailed. Went back 2 month later to ask for it in person and was told the same thing. Needed the info for my tax savings plan. Fast forward six months, never got the plan. Went for my six-month checkup and staff changed but still same inconsiderate. Waited 15 mins in lobby after my cleaning to get the same treatment plan. Walked out because I had to get to work. RecommendedI’ve never had the greatest experiences going to the dentists but NKC was beyond helpful and so so kind. They got me in as quick as they could to fix a broken front tooth and made my smile even better than before! It felt like a family there!
Very courteous prompt and phenomenal work
Ever since we had a dental emergency in the summer of 2019, I've trusted the care to this team with my entire family. They are friendly, professional, and far exceed any dental experience I've had in the past!
I have been a patient for close to 17 years and have always had excellent care by Dr Busch and his team. I look forward to seeing my hygienist Samantha. Today my husband made his first appointment for care and they again were wonderful with providing excellent care for my wheelchair bound husband. He especially appreciated the care he received from the front desk staff to the dental team. We appreciated everyone very much.
I had a great experience here with the staff and Dr. Hall (this is saying a lot considering I got a wisdom tooth pulled during my visit). I thought the staff was very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. Before my procedure, they explain everything they are going to do and make sure you understand and are comfortable with everything. Dr.Bush is awesome great place
This place is very cool. From the outside it looks different. I Loved how the inside is. I never been. Wow very nice atmosphere.
I had a great experience today considering that I walked in as a new patient. Melissa and Dr. Caitlyn Hall, did an amazing job in keeping me engaged and informed with the matters of my dental care. I will definitely be recommending others.
