Extremely aggressive speed bumps, ruins sports cars/ low riding vehicles
It is a nice neighborhood thanks to Ms Ivet and the new management I been here since 2017 is calm place to live to be honest the rental manager it's a nice person and maintenance too and they treat you with respect and courtesy
The reviews up here are fake, the landlord asks people to put good reviews up here about her. There is mold in the apartments, and all they do is paint over top of it. The carpets are cleaned but never changed. There is also alot of bugs in these apartments, and the rent gos up yearly. I would only move here if you had no where else to go.
My ac was broken, Ms Kenosha called maintenance supervisor he came from out of state fixed in on day. I was extremely grateful. Mrs kinesha is the best and cares about her tenants
Due to me having children Outside appearances of a neighborhood means alot to me especially income based apartments. With that being said, JRF is definitely top tier! The units look great on the inside. I've been living here for about 5+ years now & I've never had any major issues within my unit or neighbors. The women in the office are very kind, helpful & professional. Work orders are always handled in a timely manner & I love the community activities they plan for the children.
