I love it here, Nice and quiet probably stay very clean. Office staff wonderful the best move. I’ve made what’s coming here. Thank God for James River Flats job well done.
If I didn’t have to put a star I wouldn’t ! All these comments about these apartments are lies ! I wouldn’t recommend on my last straw of option if I had no where else to go . I been here for 4 yrs and lived in absolute hell for my first 2 yrs and it took almost 3 yrs for them to remove the ppl out from under me and my kids that caused issues every single day . Extremely aggressive speed bumps, ruins sports cars/ low riding vehicles
It is a nice neighborhood thanks to Ms Ivet and the new management I been here since 2017 is calm place to live to be honest the rental manager it's a nice person and maintenance too and they treat you with respect and courtesy
