Best vets we have ever been to. Superb quality, facilities, and level of professionalism. The vets, the techs, the entire experience is first-rate. Go to them even if you have to travel 200 miles. It's worth it.
They are very understanding and helpful. I took my guinea pig there and when they sent her home, they sent me with meds. She died later that night and they credited my account. They also sent their condolences to me and my three year old son. They are extremely caring and I am so glad that I had the pleasure of dealing with them.
I see NIAH ALOT. On the good days routine. On the bad days very bad. I love these Men and women. Vets, their techs, front staff and grooming. Each one is outstanding and together they are the reason why I will go no where else!
The entire team was focused on the issues my dog was having. The staff is well informed, professional, welcoming, and friendly. The facility was clean and organized. Finally, we have found care that is trustworthy and transparent!
