Dr palwai actually took the time to listen to me. He was very thorough in his assessment and ordering appropriate exams to give me a correct diagnosis. I read a lot of reviews stating that he is rude but that was not my experience. He is very direct but not rude. It took him 5 minutes of listening to me to suspect what was going on. It took him 5 minutes of listening to me to understand what was most likely the problem. My pcp couldn't do it in 2 years because they weren't listening. I called to make an appointment as new patient and they scheduled me and then an hour later called me to tell me they can’t schedule me cause I would be self pay. The receptionist couldn’t even explain to me why if I would be paying out of pocket. I guess they only want insurance idk

These people will not work for you, you are better off going almost literally anywhere else. Lazy, ignorant, rude and dismissive. The worst qualities you could ask for in any 'doctor'.

I have been going here for a year and still don't like Dr. Palwai. He is very rude and don't care about your pain. I have RA and other types of Arthritis. When in a flare don't ask for prednisone he will tell you no you depend on it to much when In fact I do not. I ask for some for a trip im.going on because the last time I flew I went in a.flare and he said NO you depend on it to much and pretty much just deal with it. Ok but I know what helps my flare and he just said see ya in 4mnths and went in his office. I will be look... read more

I really enjoyed the PA and the male doctor. They made me feel like they would help however my follow up was met with a female doctor who took over when the PA was talking to me. She was very dismissive and just said I was over weight and go on a diet. She said stress could cause my inflammation and when I advised I’ve been stressed my whole life andl have PTSD and was SA’d she asked who did it, very inappropriate and weird question to ask. I’ve never went to a rheumatologist before but I’ll never return here. I’ve been deal... read more
