I had a real good experience here. My estimator was Hector Contreras. I took my rav 4 after a car accident, my insurance recommended this shop. They set up a car rental to pick me up from the shop which is convenient. It took close to the a month to repair because there was a delay in a part but I had a rental so no problem. I did have to call to get updates because they seem to be real busy to update you directly. But Hector would always call me back and answer all my questions. How much does the part cost? How much might the labor run me? Inability to answer these easy questions and hanging up on me on the phone does not give me confidence. I'll go somewhere else

I had a very disappointing experience with this Toyota collision center, this complaint involves the replacement of the front windshield on a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro. The business committed to replacing front windshield and in a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro that had cracked. After the replacement within a week the windshield the cracked when I turned on the front windshield defogging button.
