Jon Semerdjian was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. He made the repair experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. My vehicle looks great and I’m very happy with the service I received.
Poor communication and missed deadlines. I was told twice that my vehicle would be ready on 02/03, and both times that date was missed without advance notice. If the shop knew the car would not be ready, a short extension could have been communicated ahead of time. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear updates. I rely on this vehicle for a long-distance commute (approximately 3 hours), and the lack of transparency made it extremely difficult to plan work and transportation. The team was great to work with. Very kind, attentive, and helpful. Hector was also wonderful to work with and made the repair process stress-free and easy to follow.
I took my car in for repairs and it came back like this. The job was not well done. And it wasn’t the first time. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the service.
