Verified Renter The building used to be nice but in recent months common areas have been dirty and in a general state of disrepair.

Verified Renter North Hollow Apartments are greatly located and maintained, especially with the growing illegal activity within the city. I feel pretty safe with all things considered and have recommended the complex a few times to friends already. The amenities are amazing as well and the layout is beautifully modern. So thankful to have found an affordable home in down town Portland!
