Went to p/u a prescription for my dog, I really like this place and it’s staff, however on this day vet tech Kristy I found a bit rude! Some people don’t understand how we fill about our pets!!
I want to say thank you for being so wonderful. A special thank you to Dr. Brown. I could not have asked for a better experience in such a difficult time. The staff was friendly and Dr Brown was so kind and understanding of the situation. She made my Jack so comfortable in last hour of life and made sure I was able to take all the time I needed for my goodbyes. I will be recommending your office to everyone I know.
