Everything! My baby Reggie is sick and they have been there for us every step of the way. They totally understand that he is my baby. They have been so patient and understanding as I try to understand what was happening. They have also been so understanding about how stressed I am that while I’m worried and want what’s best for him. very nice staff and very caring Drs.
I understand that they want to check my dog out so they can take my money. I’ve been going here for around 3 years. All my dog need today is a allergy shot because he’s super itchy. They rufuse to give him the shot without a check up. Because they want that $125 dollars for the check up. That’s fine I said I would set up a Check up date but he needs the shot today so he’s not miserable and they would rather leave him miserable so they can guarantee that check up money. Despicable
BEWARE. Horrible place for any pet or owner to have to go. As soon as I walked in the door, the guy at the front desk was dramatizing his workday. Rolling his eyes. Saying it would be a long night. They had a walk-in. At the time it was 4:30pm or so. I watched as a couple carried in a dog that obviously needed help. I felt really sad for them. The waiting room was really busy. I've been bringing my pups here for the past 3 years and trust their expertise/knowledge and compassionate care. Recently had my shep neutered there and happy with the care he received and post op results.
