The staff is friendly and we got in and out real quick.
I loved the fact that everyone there REALLY loves pets. They truly care.
Dr. Gonzales seen our beloved spec yesterday and was great with the situation. I was at work and he called me to let me know my options for tests but advised that spec was really sick and in a lot of pain. he was very kind and understanding of the emotions of the situation and when it came to deciding that testing that would most likely show spec was untreatable that it was best to end specs suffering he not only kept calm and had the caring tone but he won't over options in our budget and let us know it was best decision an... read more
They took amazing care of my tiny dog Lobo after he was attacked by my larger dog. Dr. G is great with the clients and animals.
We have been bringing our pets here since 2002. All of our animals have been rescues, and we love that the vets take the time to get to know the animals. We tend to adopt older animals, and so we know we won't have much time with them, but the staff and the doctors help to make sure that the time we do have is as happy and healthy as possible. We love our pets, and so do they!
Had to take my dog in for a biopsy and other medical issues... the staff there was so very nice and understanding. They even walked out to try to comfort my dog that was crying because he was timid of the vet. They took their time to explain all the issues and all the info with me on how to take care of my dog at home after the surgery. I didn't feel rushed at all, It was the best vet visit I have ever had in the many years I have owned pets. It was my first time there.
