Expect to pay full MSRP here. Other local dealers offer online purchasing that can substantially cut the costs (25% or greater off) in many cases their shipping only adds a day or two and it is free after a threshold (currently $75). Other local dealers also have discount programs like Costco Auto that allows you to walk in and receive 15% off all parts and service. I understand everyone has different costs but the flat out refusal to make any effort to provide any discounts at all is disappointing.
I ordered one regular spare part, they won’t be able to find it for almost a month. I don't recommend this place to waste your time.

Dishonest dealership at its best. Bough a 2020 Landcruiser Heritage Edition brand new. Flew in from CA. and drove it back. Upon having a car for a week I noticed one door has been painted. Went to my local dealership were they told me that the door was painted by Paint Wizard. Obviously, the good folks at North Hills Toyota did not disclosed that because it was under $500.
