Dr Mauro and staff really take the time to make sure all work is to the highest level of satisfaction and quality.
I was never happy when I had a dentel appointment coming up. However this group is so different. They are all very friendly though still professional. My anxious feelings have disappeared.
Dr. Mauro and his staff do a terrific job. First, the office setting is very comfortable. The dental assistants to Dr. Mauro and the dental hygienists are not only friendly but thorough in doing their jobs. Dr. Mauro took over a few years ago for my retiring dentist, and my family and I were nervous to make the switch. Looking back, we had no reason to be nervous. The whole team is always friendly and professional.
Going to the dentist has been a really good experience. My Hygentist, Heather, is the best ever in taking care of my cleaning. Dr. Dunlevy was thorough, listened to my concerns, and was extremely gentle. Also, he made me feel excited about having my "problem" tooth taken care of.
