GET EDUCATED It amazes me that people with no medical knowledge, other that it hurts, my nose is stopped up or my arm hurts, can make an educated comment on any Physician ordering a lot of tests. Has it ever occured to any of you that the Physicians get absolutely no money on any blood test or xrays? Maybe you should do some research on reimbursements that the M.D.'S receive from your insurance companies. If people would educate themselves instead of moaning and complaining, maybe your opinion would be valid.
Turned Away Without a doubt, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I arrived at 3:45 on a Friday but was told by the front desk that they close at 4pm. I told them that I needed to be seen and they asked about my symptoms. The receptionist spoke to a doctor or nurse and then told me I needed to go somewhere else! I had 15 minutes and the staff were more concerned about leaving at 4pm than seeing a patient. Yes, I was turned away! Unbelievable. This is health care at its worst.
For the worse medical care you can find go here The place was dirty, only a few spoke English, the doctor was the worse one, even the gowns they had you put on felt like it had been washed a million times and had cotton balls stuck to it. They couldn't even afford to buy new gowns, what in the world type place is this. This place was was located on Pelham Road, which is the nicer side of Greenville. So I could only imagine what the other offices were like.
A really bad experience. Employees seem to have no knowledge about medical terminology. From the physicians assistants, to the referral staff, they do not return phone calls, even when there are medical problems. When you complain about not getting return calls, for over a week, the doctor will ask you to apologize to the employee for complaining because she is competent and does a great job. I've never seen anything like it. My kids and I were patients for nearly five years but we've had enough. Will not go back there again... read more
Never will I go again I have been to this office several times along with my husband and kids. I wonder where they find these doctors. The place is always a mess. I had to go back 3 times to get the right meds for a sinus infection and the last time they went over board with all kinds of tests. You can never understand what half the doctors say cause the can not speak english well at all. So it makes you wonder if they understand us as well. I only went since my family doctor was out of town. I will never go back.
Only if they are the last doctors left on planet. Have have take people to this place and did not like what I saw. I have gone there myself a a patient and found the treatment to be not the best. Not all of their staff are as fully qualified as most practices. Try to find any place else. They seem to just be ot to make as much money as possible with as little effort as possible.
Nice Staff Nice Staff at this location but I am not crazy about the entire operation. The main office is very dirty and seems like they order un needed testing (all inhouse of course) I don't think I will go back here.
