Whole Heartedly agree with previous reviewer – I used them as my primary care physicians for over 3 years and at first it was great, Dr. Earp is an excellent physician. Appointments were same day and the staff was very well trained and courteous. As time went by, the appointments were no longer same day but next day, the staff was a little inept and seemed lost. Substandard, inept office staff trumps good physician – We had high hopes for Dr. Earp and North Hills Family Medicine. But it appears that the maladroit and unequipped office staff are running the show--and doing a rather poor job of it. Either Dr. Earp and the other physicians at North Hills are unaware of this or they are content with the careless and lackadaisical and service that is offered by their practice.
