Dr. Naron has been my family's provider for a couple of years. His sincere and professional concern for my family's health has been exceptional and exemplary. Without any reservations or hesitation, I strongly recommend Dr. Naron and his great staff for your medical concerns and needs.
Dr. Geralde has to be the worst Dr. I've ever met when it comes to compassion and manners. I don't recommend this office for anything. Save your money and find someone that cares.
9/26/2013 Great Doctor!! We are so glad he has taken over this office! Dr. Bolfing and his wife DID NOT know what they were doing, I would take my children 2 to 3 times a week because they were sick with an infection and they would refuse to give them antibiotics, we we're about to switch Dr's when Dr. Geralde came in, he is heaven sent! All the way around, from adult to infants Dr. Geralde is Best of the Best! May God keep him in the palm of his hands. Thank you Dr. for helping all my family! North Hills Family Medicine at Westover HIlls is now run by Dr. Geralde. This office has gone to hell since the other doctors left. It is plainly obvious why they left. Dr. Geralde is a selfish and rude doctor who is more concerned with his outfit and hair than a patient's well being. BEWARE other patients, when you have the gall to question Dr. Geralde and his shady insurance practices he will find a way to retaliate. Dr. Geralde is a very rude person, who has lack of respect for his patients and his staff. His bedside manner is awful. He is just there to make his money and that's it. He spends less than 15 minutes with you at a visit, he tells you he is coming right back and never comes back, instead he sends his medical assistant in to give medications and we are told we are free to go. Ive been going here for 5 years and wait times have gotten longer but this is a fantastic office and I just love Dr Earp as my primary care doctor. The office staff.. there's only so much you can expect from them. Ive never experienced down right rude behavior from anyone at all. But the holistic medical treatment I receive and the actual healing of chronic issues I had prior to coming here, outweigh the inconveniences that really are the same in any medical office.

Caring, patient staff. – I have to agree with the last reviewer.. A great experience all around. The doctor always answers all of our questions. The nursing staff and front desk are prompt and knowledgable. The doctor does seem busy but only because everyone wants to see him!
Best place around – I can't say enough positive things about Dr Earp and his staff. My family and I have been going there for years and if anything the service has gotten better. I'm always worked IN every time I call. I'm always happy to wait when they work me in. I have a hard believing the other reviews since those experiences were so drastically different than mine. Can't recommend enough!
