I stayed here back in 2021. My apt flooded due to bad pipes infrastructure issues. Kendall the then landlord tried to bandage the issue by bringing in company equipment to dehumidify and stuff like that that. To extremely old carpet with silver duct tape. My apartment flooded 5/25/2021 and he threw me and my 2 disabled kids out 8/4/2021. They have serious maintenance issues considering moving
Do not move here . I repeat do not move or apply here. I be been her for 8 months and so ready for my lease to be done . The maintenance people don’t come out and fix nothing . Only patch up and I have a big problems with Rats . Not small mice but huge Wood or NY size rats . We hav shown pictures to office and it’s been a month and no one has came or did anything. 0/10
