found this place through my insurance company, made an appointment and sent all my info over so they could verify my insurance a few weeks ago. today, they text me 10 minutes after the time my virtual appointment was supposed to start to tell me that they accept cigna but only commercial cigna. so i have to pay out of pocket which i refuse and they offer to send me a letter to get reimbursed by my insurance. which i also refuse because i do not want to hassle with my insurance and wait forever to be reimbursed. i should have... read more
