I have taken numerous small pets, cats, and 2 dogs to North Heritage. The staff are so kind, courteous, and respectful no matter the reason for visit. From the staff at reception to the techs and vets themselves it's obvious they care. It's apparent they are there for the animals and not the almighty dollar. They are thorough and very knowledgeable and if I could rate them higher then a 5 I would.
Beware if you haven’t taken your pet here in a few years, you will no longer be considered a client. And they don’t seem very eager to accept new clients either. I mean, I get it, they’re probably overrun with the patients they already have but they should at least send some sort of email reminder saying that if you don’t bring your pet in soon, you will no longer be a client. Anyway I decided to go with Grey Bruce Pet Hospital instead.. they were very happy and welcoming of a new client
I will forever bring my fur babies to the wonderful people at North Heritage. My old dog had 2 major surgeries with them and he still LOVED them, like if we walked past, he would drag me in to go say hi. My cats also love them, there is no fear only love there. Even my new puppy loves them, big tail wags every time we go in, she has no tension, no fear, just love for them. This vet clinic is absolutely amazing. They took very good care of my pup who had to get his cracked tooth removed. They were very professional with extremely reasonable pricing. Nicole the technician was super kind & made our families experience very comfortable. My son was in distress due to our dog undergoing anaesthesia & she brought him out cars, colouring pages & stickers to play with to comfort him.
