I'm so not impressed with this clinic right now , so last week I called in to get my dog's annual flea and tik meds and I was informed that we are no longer patients, because we have not been there in the last 2 years. Sorry that I have a healthy pet that didn't need their care. So they just canceled me. Great vets and staff
The Grey Bruce Emergency vet clinic staff were amazing; kind, attentive, transparent, and skilled. The service was expensive but saved our pet.
Our cat got sick on a Saturday. They got him in quickly and treated him with great care! We had him back home with the meds he needed and care instructions in less than 2 hours. The team that was working tonight was great. Thank you.
