My have taken numerous small pets, cats, and 2 dogs to North Heritage. The staff are so kind, curious, and respectful no matter the reason for visit. From the staff at reception to the techs and vets themselves it's obvious they care. It's apparent they are there for r animals and not the almighty dollar. They are thorough and very knowledgeable and if I could rate them higher then a 5 I would.
Kind and caring vets and staff. Well organized.
I'm so not impressed with this clinic right now , so last week I called in to get my dog's annual flea and tik meds and I was informed that we are no longer patients, because we have not been there in the last 2 years. Sorry that I have a healthy pet that didn't need their care. So they just canceled me. They said that they sent a letter and I didn't receive it and they got it back and that was that I haven't been informed, had no idea like what had happened if I actually needed them In an emergency or anything, this is how ... read more
